Exchange & Return Policy
Please read this policy carefully if you need to return your order. This is our Detailed Standard Return Policy. Unless another return policy is indicated, products sold by Bestgiftseshop.com are covered by this Standard Return Policy.
Bestgiftseshop.com will gladly accept the return or exchange in any cases of below:

1. If the customer sends the order back to us without priory contacting us and without proper authorization number or correct return address OR if the customer refuses the package when it is delivered, we will not be in title to refund or exchange the item.
2. Please be aware that returned items must be new and unused, and in unworn condition. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item, lost or stolen parts, damage due to personal misuse or negligence; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. The product is subject to final inspection before your return is processed. Products that are returned to popselling with a missing and damaged will be refused to returned to you, if you return any physically damaged item to us, the item will be returned to you at your expense.
3. Please insure your return. If the package is not insured, you will be liable for lost or damaged product.
Exchange & Return process
1. The customer must contact us by email bestgiftseshop@hotmail.com to get our confirmation and then we will send you all instructions, address and return authorization number for the item to be sent back to us.
2. Once you receive the confirmation email, please ship us your order. Return for refund item must be post-marked no later than 5 business days. Product exchange notified to us after 5 business days may not be honored for replacement.
3. Allow 1-2 weeks for the credit to appear on your credit card statement and exchanged item is issued.
Refund methods
1. If you owns the membership of our estore, your money will firstly be returned to your personal virtual account of our estore for your further use of your next orders.
If you do want to transfer the money back to your credit card account, normally, it will take 7 days more or less for the refund money to show on your credit card.
2. Note:
a)Before you claim the refund, you should contact our staffs members of the help center for the refund confirmation.
b)The rewards or points you owned through the membership can not be claimed for refund.
