- The watch MUST be returned in its original presentation box with all warranty information and manuals. Please include, telephone number, and reason for return in the returned package your name.
- If you ship the item back to us, we recommend that you insure the package. If the package is not insured, you will be liable for lost or damaged product.
- Re-stocking fee will not be charged.
- ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED ONLY IF IT HAS NEVER BEEN USED. PLEASE understand that we can not accept a return which is not in the EXACT same condition as we shipped to you.
